Low Flying Owls
Low Flying Owls have been together for almost two years now and have already created quite
a stir in the Sacramento music scene. The band consists of Michael Bruce (bass), Sam Coe
(drums), Mathew Guyton (Keyboards), Jared Southard (guitar, vocals), and Andy Starlite
(guitar). Weaving a tapestry of organic and electronic sounds, together the owls create an
altered reality for their listeners to explore. At times, one becomes entranced to a
hypnotic state not unlike the adventures of Richard Albert and Timothy Leary. Then, just
when you thought you were ready to ascend to another world through slow melancholic bliss,
they wave their orchestral magic wand and inject you with a pure adrenaline rush to keep
