Ben wants nothing more than to settle into his Sunday routine of the newspaper and coffee. However, his girlfriend Sara insists on quizzing him on survey titled "Are You Happy." Starting out playful, their interaction becomes more contentious as the day wears on.

Happy takes us through the morning of a very ordinary 20-something couple, and shows us the way light banter can turn into something heavier in an instant.
